National Driving License (CNH) is not accepted as a travel document. Passengers must present the same document used for the reservation when entering Machu Picchu.
MACHU PICCHU TICKETS: Tickets are subject to availability at the time of purchase. They will be requested in the following order: Circuit 2 – morning / Circuit 2 – afternoon / Circuit 3 – Royal Route, as an alternative. The requested circuit and time cannot be guaranteed until the tickets are confirmed.

DAY 01: CITY OF ORIGIN - MEDELLÍN
Arrival in Medellín known as the city of eternal spring, transfer from Rionegro airport to the chosen hotel.

DAY 02: MEDELLÍN (City Tour)
Breakfast at the hotel.
8:30 AM At the agreed-upon time, we will begin a wonderful panoramic tour of the city. We will start in the prestigious El Poblado district, the city's financial, hotel, and commercial center. We will visit Nutibara Hill, at the summit of which stands a replica of a typical Antioquian village. From there, we will enjoy panoramic views of the Botanical Garden, Explora Park, the Park of Desires, Barefoot Park, the Metropolitan Cathedral , and finally, we will arrive at Botero Plaza, where we will find 23 of the exotic bronze sculptures donated by the Colombian master Fernando Botero. During the tour, you will also ride the Medellín Metro, the city's mass transit system , a model of mobility in Latin America. At the end of the tour, we will return to the hotel.

DAY 03: MEDELLÍN - CARTAGENA DE INDIAS

DAY 04: CARTAGENA (City Tour with San Felipe Castle)

At the agreed-upon time, meet one of our representatives in the hotel lobby to begin a fascinating tour of the Museum City . Its streets and surrounding areas dazzle with the charm of architecture that blends colonial, republican, and modern styles. During this tour, you will explore the vibrant modern district of Bocagrande and then visit the iconic San Felipe de Barajas Castle , built in 1657. We will continue with a short walk through the city's historic center, which, along with San Felipe Castle and its fortifications, was inscribed on UNESCO's prestigious World Heritage List in 1984. Finally, we will head to the Emerald Museum, where you will discover the fascinating evolution of this mineral, the rarest, most valuable, and most exclusive in the world.

DAY 05: CARTAGENA (Beach Day)

Departing from La Bodeguita Pier by speedboat to the included island, you can enjoy coral beaches and a variety of reef wildlife, ideal for relaxing or taking part in optional activities such as diving, snorkeling, hiking, and more. Below you will find details about each island:
* San Pedro de Majagua: Located on Isla Grande, 45km from the city of Cartagena, it is part of the 31 islands that make up the Rosario National Natural Park; after an hour's journey in a speedboat you will arrive at this magical place of rest and relaxation that offers two access points to the sea, one a little quieter and without noise than the other according to your preference; while there you can take optional activities such as relaxing massages, walks, mangrove tours, visit the Aquarium, diving, snorkeling, among others .
Includes : Hotel-dock-hotel transfer, shared (non-exclusive) boat transport, welcome cocktail, lunch (starter, main course, non-alcoholic beverage and dessert) and dock tax
Not included: optional activities, unmentioned expenses.
Operation : Every day except January 1st of each year.

*Isla del Encanto: In the Rosario Islands National Park , located approximately 45 minutes by boat from Cartagena, you can enjoy the beach and social areas designated for day tour visitors, which include chairs, lounge chairs, and sunbeds. Of course, you can participate in optional activities if you wish, or simply enjoy the Colombian Caribbean Sea in this area. During the day, you will enjoy a typical semi-buffet lunch served with choices of fish, chicken, and meat.

DAY 07: CITY TOUR OF COLONIAL AND MODERN LIMA + MAGIC WATER CIRCUIT

Between 9:10 and 9:45 AM, or between 2:10 and 2:45 PM, you will be picked up from your hotel. First, we will take a panoramic tour of the enigmatic Huaca Pucllana, where the ancient ruins transport us to the bygone era of the Ichma and Lima cultures. Then, we will cross the olive groves of San Isidro, Lince, and Cercado, enjoying views of the Palace of Justice, the historic Lima Art Museum, and the vibrant Plaza San Martín.
In the Plaza de Armas, with its panoramic views, we delve into history, exploring the Cathedral , the Government Palace , and the City Hall. Then we head to the Convent of Santo Domingo , home to relics of the Peruvian saints Saint Martin de Porres and Saint Rose of Lima. There, we can learn about their history and the legacy they left in the city of Lima. (If the passenger wishes, the visit to the Convent of San Francisco and its famous catacombs can be substituted for an additional cost) .
Finally, we ended with a spectacular view of Love Park, Larcomar, and the Pacific Ocean. As the Lima sunset painted the sky, we felt the sea breeze and the beauty of the city before returning to the hotel.
Between 5:40 PM and 6:10 PM, you will be picked up again to go to the "Magic Water Circuit ." There you will find ornamental fountains whose powerful jets blend with the rhythm of classical music, and spectacular lasers that merge with the flowing water, creating multicolored shapes that allow you to imagine a cybernetic future for a few minutes. This recreation center consists of more than a dozen fountains , each with its own display of geysers that propel water to heights of over 80 meters. It's worth noting that this park holds the Guinness World Record for the largest fountain complex in the world, a very important award and a source of pride for Peruvians. With nothing more to add, let yourself be carried away by the spectacle of water, light, music, and images . Return to the hotel.

DAY 08: LIMA GASTRONOMIC TOUR: INTERACTIVE GOURMET EXPERIENCE

Between 9:00 and 9:30 AM , we will pick you up from your hotel. This Lima food tour begins in a charming garden with an organic Peruvian coffee shop in the colonial and bohemian district of Barranco. We'll explore colorful streets and culturally significant landmarks, such as the Bridge of Sighs, always accompanied by traditional and unique Peruvian flavors. Next, you'll visit a traditional market to sample local fruits, discover other ingredients, and learn about their influence on the evolution of world cuisine. The next stop is a lovely, upscale restaurant in the San Isidro district where you'll have the opportunity to enjoy a pisco sour along with a tasting menu of delicious dishes that highlight Peru's superfoods. At the final stop, a variety of gourmet Peruvian dishes awaits you at Huaca Pucllana, a restaurant considered a must-visit on your trip to Lima. Next to an archaeological complex of pre-Incan ruins, you'll end the day with dishes and an ancient dessert with a modern twist. Return to your hotel.

DAY 09: LIMA - CUSCO: CITY TOUR + ARCHAEOLOGICAL PARK

Transfer to the airport for your flight to the magical city of Cusco . Upon arrival, our team will give you a warm welcome and take you to your chosen hotel.
Between 12:30 and 1:00 PM, the city tour begins with a historical visit to the Plaza Mayor, where colonial and Inca architecture blend seamlessly. Next, we'll marvel at the majestic Cusco Cathedral, a treasure of Renaissance and colonial style. Following this, we'll visit the Qoricancha Temple , a jewel of Inca architecture, now the Convent of Santo Domingo. Finally, we'll explore four nearby archaeological sites: Sacsayhuaman , with its imposing walls; Qenqo , a mysterious stone labyrinth; Puca Pucara , a red fortress; and Tambomachay , renowned for its ceremonial fountains.
We returned to the city, filled with awe and admiration.

DAY 10: SACRED VALLEY OF THE INCAS

7:30 to 8:00 AM Hotel pick-up . We'll head to the impressive archaeological complex of Pisaq and its famous traditional artisan market, known on social media for its beautiful handicrafts. You'll love the variety and vibrant colors of this place!
We continue our journey along the banks of the Vilcanota River, enjoying spectacular scenery, until we reach Urubamba. Here, you can savor an exquisite lunch, a culinary experience that will delight your senses.
Next, we'll visit Ollantaytambo, one of the last living Inca towns. Its streets maintain the same layout as in Inca times, and we'll explore its magnificent archaeological complex. It's like stepping back in time!
To end this day full of history and culture, we transferred to our hotel in the enchanting Sacred Valley of the Incas.

DAY 11: FULL DAY MACHU PICCHU

The day arrived to visit one of the 7 Wonders of the Modern World . We started very early to head to the train station in Wanchaq, Poroy, or Ollantaytambo , depending on the season. We boarded the train bound for Machu Picchu Pueblo or Aguas Calientes.
Our team will assist us in boarding the bus that will take us to the entrance of the sanctuary, along a road with breathtaking curves, offering spectacular views of the Urubamba River as it carves the famous canyon. The Lost City of the Incas, Machu Picchu, will welcome us with its incredible terraces, staircases, ceremonial sites, and urban areas. Energy emanates from the entire place. After a guided tour, we will return to the town to enjoy a delicious lunch at one of the local restaurants. Finally, we will return to the city of Cusco, filled with unforgettable memories .

DAY 12: CUSCO - LIMA

Travel Portal will notify the owner within fifteen business days, counted from the date the request for access, rectification, cancellation, or objection is received, of the determination made. If the request is granted, it will be implemented within fifteen business days following the date on which the response is communicated. In the case of requests for access to Personal Data, delivery will proceed upon the owner’s identity verification or that of their legal representative, as appropriate. The aforementioned deadlines may be extended once, provided that the circumstances justify it.
The obligation to provide access to the information will be considered fulfilled when the Personal Data is made available to the owner or through the issuance of simple copies, electronic documents, or any other means provided by Travel Portal.
If the owner requests access to data from a person they presume is the responsible party and this turns out not to be the case, it will be sufficient to inform the owner of this through any printed (letter of non-acceptance) or electronic (email, optical media, etc.) means, in order to consider the request fulfilled.
Travel Portal may deny access to Personal Data, or the rectification, cancellation, or objection to the processing of such data in the following cases:
1. When the requester is not the owner of the Personal Data, and the legal representative is not duly accredited.
2. When the Personal Data of the requester is not in our database.
3. When the rights of a third party are affected.
4. When there is a legal impediment, or the resolution of a competent authority restricts access to the Personal Data or does not allow rectification, cancellation, or objection.
5. When rectification, cancellation, or objection has already been carried out.
The denial mentioned above may be partial. In such cases, Travel Portal will perform the required access, rectification, cancellation, or objection.
In all the above cases, Travel Portal must inform the reason for its decision and communicate it to the owner or, if applicable, to the legal representative within the deadlines set for that purpose, through the same means by which the request was made, and provide any pertinent evidence.
Travel Portal is not obliged to cancel Personal Data when:
1. It refers to parts of a private, social, or administrative contract and is necessary for its development and fulfillment.
2. It must be processed in compliance with a legal obligation.
3. It hinders judicial or administrative actions related to tax obligations, the investigation and prosecution of crimes, or the enforcement of administrative sanctions.
4. It is necessary to protect the legally protected interests of the owner.
5. It is necessary to perform an action in the public interest.
6. It is necessary to comply with a legal obligation acquired by the owner.
If the cancellation is appropriate, Travel Portal will establish a blocking period for the sole purpose of determining possible responsibilities related to its processing, until the legal or contractual prescription period, and notify the owner or their legal representative of this in the response to the cancellation request issued within twenty business days. After the blocking period, the corresponding deletion will be carried out.
The blocking period will last until the corresponding legal or contractual prescription period.
How can you limit the use or disclosure of your personal information?
To limit the use and disclosure of your personal information, you have the following options:
1. Register with the Public Registry to Avoid Advertising, which is managed by the Federal Consumer Protection Agency, so that your Personal Data is not used to receive advertising or promotions from companies of goods or services.
